If these terms are not suitable for you - e.g. if you need a Service Level Agreement (SLA) - please contact us in order to set up a paid account.
This service is currently in beta testing. This means:
statichost.eu is provided WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The service is provided on a “best effort” basis.
statichost.eu should only be used for publishing websites in a legal fashion. This means, among other things, that:
- It is not allowed to use our platform for anything other than website hosting (e.g. no spam bots or crypto mining).
- It is not allowed to publish illegal content on our platform (e.g. no stolen copyrighted material).
We commit to being fair and respectful and expect you to do the same.
We may need to revise these Terms from time to time. In case we need to materially change the terms applicable to you, we will notify you via e-mail.
